Q delivers a personalized daily news brief via SMS and email. By texting our number or completing setup, you agree to these terms. The service is available to users 13 and older.
By providing your phone number and completing setup, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Q, including your daily brief and service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Text HELP for support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Paid plans (Standard at $5/mo, Premium at $9/mo) are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time by texting UPGRADE and following the Stripe customer portal link — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Brief content is generated by AI using publicly available news sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Briefs are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial, medical, legal, or political decisions.
You may not use Q for any unlawful purpose or attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Q is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you via SMS. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
